Terms of Sale

These terms apply to books bought through this website from Lexie’s Desk, operated by Lexie Keane (“we”, “us”). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
Books and prices
Prices are shown in Australian dollars (AUD) and are exclusive of postage, which is added or arranged separately. We try to keep prices and availability accurate but may update them at any time before you order.
Ordering and payment
To order, enter your details on the site and complete payment securely through Square. Your order is accepted once payment has been received. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and arrange a full refund.
Postage and delivery
We post within Australia and internationally on request. Postage cost is confirmed at checkout / advised before payment. We aim to dispatch orders within 7 business days of receiving payment. Delivery times depend on Australia Post or the courier and are outside our control.
Returns, refunds and consumer guarantees
Our books come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If a book is faulty, damaged in transit, or significantly different from its description, you are entitled to a replacement or refund — please contact us and, where relevant, we will cover return postage.

Liability
Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any book is limited to replacing it or refunding its price.
